Complaints will be dealt with in accordance with the Procedure of dealing with complaints


A client can submit an appeal, when it desagrees with one of decisions, which are adopted by the certification body Igmat in a certification procedure. These are:

  • decision on granting a certification
  • decision on suspension of the certification
  • decision on withdrawal of the certification

Deadline for submission an appeal is no later than 15 days after one of the upper decisions was adopted.

Deadline to supplement the incomplete appeal is no later than 3 working days after a reciept of a written call for supplement by certification body.
